Quick Steps:
- A. Warmup 10 minutes. Rest 3 minutes before proceeding.
- B. Adjust Dragfactor to 120 (Male) or 100 (Female). (Check equipment manual).
- 1. At first page choose Estimate or Configure.
- 2. At Estimate enter details, adjust in Configure Page as needed.
- 3. Enable bluetooth on equipment and device. Press Connect.
- 4. Press "Prepare" button to setup a 15 minute Workout on equipment.
- 5. Start "skiing", check your pace often. Keep pace above targetpace shown.
- 6. End skiing, end workout on equipment or by pressing "Finish". Wait until Report is generated.
- 7. Review report. Save it to PDF or print via your device.
